In the landmark case, Intercom v. Standard Chartered Bank,our client Standard Chartered Bank, was sued for breach of fiduciary relationship, breach of bank-client customer relationship, breach of its duties as a banker and breach of contract. The Plaintiff was awarded the sum of KShs.609,000,000 plus interest and costs in the High Court. We successfully prosecuted an appeal on behalf of the client and secured the setting aside of the judgment.
